Where: Seih Sou Forest, Thessaloniki Nature Play® is... child-led play, for all ages, every week, all weather, all seasons and its free When: Depending on the time of the year... 01/10 - 31/05 : Saturday, 10:30am 01/06 - 30/09 : Wednesday, 5:30pm Please check the facebook group for weekly information updates. With all things child-led, the session ends when it feels right to head home. Individuals and smaller groups leave when they are ready, it really depends on everyone's energy levels, weather and mood. Meeting Point: At the entrance of the Public Swimming Pool of Sykies, Lechovou (see red dot on map below). What to Bring: A healthy snack to share, a cup for tea, picnic blanket, wet weather gear if it's raining. What to Expect: We cross a small metal bridge which is at the forest entrance and walk at the pace set by the children until we reach our Base. The path is narrow and at times may require a small jump or wide stride to cross it, therefore we advise the use of slings and carriers instead of buggies. The use of a good mosquito repellent is a necessity. We also recommend bringing wellies and a change of clothes. Responsibility: We encourage an atmosphere of free play for the children. However, you will be responsible for your own child/ren, yourself and your belongings. For safety reasons, you are welcome at Nature Play only when accompanied by a child (unless two adults attend for the same child) and when no more than three children are in the care of a single adult. Guidelines: Please read the Nature Play guidelines before you arrive - in English here - or down load the version in Greek here... ![]()
